Renovations

We take tired properties and turn them into practical, contemporary living spaces. Every renovation is approached with the same collaboration, quality and attention to detail as a new build — we spend a lot of time on site, and we work closely with you to understand what you want from the finished house.

Renovations often mean rewires, re-plumbs, new kitchens and bathrooms, moving walls and opening up rooms. Because we perform all trades and manage the whole project, you get one point of contact and one programme rather than a string of separate contractors.

• Full house refurbishment

Strip-out to finish, including electrics, plumbing and heating.

• Loft conversions

Extra bedrooms and bathrooms with the structure done properly.

• Internal reconfiguration

Open-plan living, moved staircases and new layouts.

• Kitchens & bathrooms

Designed and fitted as part of the wider project.
