About Anderson Bespoke Construction

Anderson Bespoke Construction is a building and carpentry company based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Established in 2019, we provide high-end, bespoke building services tailored to what each client actually needs — from small-scale renovations to large developments and complete new builds.

We perform all trades and offer full project management, so there's one point of contact and one programme. Andy personally handles every quotation and oversees the projects, spending most of his time on site. If you're there too, we talk face to face; if you live away, you get photos, video and FaceTime updates so nothing is a surprise.

We prioritise collaboration, clear communication and attention to detail. That's how we complete each project efficiently while keeping the standard high — and it's why clients come back for their second and third projects.

How we work

Most projects start with a conversation and a site visit. If drawings are needed, we'll introduce you to an architect who'll produce plans that suit your budget and handle the planning application. Quotes come back within two weeks of meeting, and budgets are worked through together once the quote is on the table.

On site we keep things tidy, safe and fenced off, follow the building regulations closely, and work with a private building control so any queries are answered quickly. We use recycled materials where we can, avoid over-ordering, and insulate heavily for thermal efficiency.
