We offer both design-and-build and complete new-build services for clients across Bury St Edmunds and Suffolk. Our design-and-build service is centred on collaboration: we work with you and your architect to develop plans that reflect what you actually need, then manage the entire process from concept to completion.
For a completely new structure — a house, an annexe, a cart lodge or a garden office — our new-build service turns the drawings into a finished building. We handle the scheduling of trades, ordering of materials, liaison with building control and structural engineers, and keep you informed at every stage.
Every project is overseen personally. If you're on site we'll talk face to face; if you live away we'll keep you updated with photos, video and calls so nothing is a surprise.
