Established in 2019, we are a building company providing high-end, bespoke building services tailored to our clients' needs. We perform all trades and offer comprehensive project management.

We're based in Bury St Edmunds and keep our working area deliberately tight so we can be on site every day: the town itself and the villages of West Suffolk, such as Barrow, Risby, Great Barton, Ixworth, Rougham, Whepstead, Culford and Elmswell.

We meet with an architect to produce drawings that suit your budget and needs. The architect then handles the planning application and liaises with the council to resolve any issues, such as drawing modifications or general enquiries.

Yes. We take on everything from small renovations to major construction projects.

By spending significant time on site and maintaining strict practices within the team.

We use recycled materials where possible, minimise waste by not over-ordering, store surplus materials efficiently and focus on thermal efficiency through heavy insulation.

It varies. Over the last year our projects ranged from two and a half months to ten months, depending on size.

Andy personally handles all quotations, aiming to return them within two weeks of meeting you. Budgets are discussed after the quote has been produced, and we work with you to make your budget work best for you.

Andy oversees most, if not all, projects and stays in regular contact. If you're on site we talk face to face; if you live away we use videos, messages and FaceTime to make sure everything meets your expectations.

We are fully insured and licensed for the work we carry out. For specialised tasks such as asbestos removal we use licensed contractors.

We stay up to date with changes in the Building Regulations and work with a private building control to confirm any queries. Most builds follow the same regulations unless it's a niche project, such as a listed building.

We adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, keeping sites safe, secure and fenced off to prevent unauthorised access.

We don't normally offer formal guarantees, but any major structural issue within six months to a year is investigated promptly. We haven't faced any so far — every stage of a build is inspected by building control and structural engineers.

We treat all post-completion issues as urgent and are normally on site to investigate and resolve them as quickly as possible.
